Don has been licensed to practice Real Estate for more than 25 years, and has specialized in agricultural properties that entire time. A past President of the Santa Barbara County Farm Bureau, he currently sits on the boards of the Saticoy Lemon Association and Fruit Growers Laboratory. He farms conventional and Meyer lemons and avocados at the Saticoy farm which has been in the family since the late 1870s.

Chris began his Real Estate career with Petty Realty in 2001, after stints as a Naval Aviator flying P3C Orions and as an executive recruiter in Silicon Valley. A past Director of the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors, he currently serves on the boards of Associates Insectary, the Farm Bureau of Ventura County and the Santa Paula Chamber of Commerce. He engages in issues involving the agricultural community through the UC Hansen Trust Advisory Board and the Ag Futures Alliance, when he is not growing avocados and specialty citrus at his farm near Santa Paula.
